Yarrowia lipolytica LIP2 terminator Native terminator sequence of the Yarrowia lipolytica LIP2 gene encoding an extracellular lipase. This short terminator sequence can be added to the end of coding sequences introduced in Yarrowia lipolytica to stop its transcription. Spacers can be added before or after the terminator to facilitate assembly and prevent interfered transcription when expressing multiple genes in series.
